PTO GENERAL MEETING

Wednesday, 9/25 at 6:30 pm

Ice Cream Social was a great turn out for families to hang out together and kids to play!
Keep checking back to PTBoard for volunteer sign ups for open spots: Currently we have pretzel delivery, Mileage Club, School Store, and teacher lunch delivery sign ups open on PTBoard at last look. Library and lunch are currently full.
School store will open 10/9 with alternating weeks as past years (1st, 3rd, 5th grade shop on 1st and 3rd week / Kindergarten, 2nd, and 4th shop on 2nd and 4th weeks. 5th week of any month is closed.)
Walkathon is coming 10/18! Be on the lookout for information regarding Walkathon.
Pretzel sales are open until 9/27! Link is on PTBoard in recent Pulses and on media if you follow us on media. All the info is within the link. These are the regular pretzels, not the wheat kind from previous years.

Fundraising- Mums just wrapped up! Thank you for purchasing if you participated!
Carnival will be 3/1 from 11 to 2:00! Save the date for that! Carnival set up will be the night before from 5 to 9 if you can lend a future hand to set up on Friday, 2/28.
Spirit wear- Spirit Wear store closed September 4. 75 orders placed (total of 156 items). Profit will be $334 coming back to WTE. Items are set to ship first week in Oct. As soon as they delivery to WTE, Stacy will distribute ASAP. Next one will be following Winter Break.
Adult Socials - Save the date for 11/8 Quizzo at the VFW. (Colleen may be at meeting).
Yearbook - Yearbook will need a lead for next year as current leads say goodbye to WTE. If interested, email the PTO email address and you can shadow/learn the ropes this year. Yearbook is currently looking for pictures of GROUP bus stop shots and our Ice Cream Social! Email your group pictures to westtownthornburyyb@gmail.com.
